Housing

When complete, the development will provide up to 375 new homes including 40 specialist retirement apartments and five adaptable bungalows. The remainder will comprise 1 and 2 bed apartments as well as 2 and 3 bed terraced and larger 4 bed semi-detached and detached homes.

Of the 375 new homes, 35% will be affordable housing that will be available as either affordable rented properties or shared ownership.

The successful purchaser(s) of the site will submit reserved matters planning application(s) that will set out the detailed design and layout. These applications will be subject to further public consultation when they are submitted to Eastleigh Borough Council as the Local Planning Authority.
